Often, a simple call to confer with a colleague, seek advice from a mentor, or get a gut check from someone who’s been in the same boat, is all you need to move forward with confidence and new energy.

Three decades of nonprofit experience is at your disposal. Via phone or email, I will give you a fresh perspective, serve as a sounding board, help you generate ideas, problem-solve, challenge your assumptions or coach.

How it works

Maybe you’re an overstretched executive director with a sticky personnel problem… a membership associate who needs some ideas for a special campaign… or a board member seeking guidance on making committees work.  We can talk it through.

Completely tailored to your needs and confidential.

• Our initial conversation
  No Fee 
  First we’ll chat by phone to see if this service will meet your needs.  Of course there’s no obligation to sign-up.

• We’ll talk when you need to
  Fee $80/hour.  One hour minimum.
  Next, Lisbeth will be on call by phone or email to confer with you when needed. Since your Colleague on Call™ fee is tracked in 15 minute segments after the first hour, we can chat as little or as much as you like. You’re in control and Lisbeth will bill you monthly.

• Mentor for your affiliates or grantees
  Fee $75/hour.  $375 retainer required.
  Organizations such as statewide preservation groups, state humanities councils or arts support groups, can add Colleague on Call™ services to your capacity-building offerings. You identify groups or grantees who can take advantage of this service, set a maximum number of service hours, and Lisbeth will confer with them as needed. Lisbeth will bill your organization monthly.
